Microsoft's MSN Apps available for Android and iOS devices

Microsoft indeed has not yet become a challenge to Android or iOS but they sure are working their way up. On December 11, 2014 Microsoft released a suite of rebranded apps for Android and iOS devices. This suite of app will also work with Amazon devices. This suite of app is available in the Google Play Store, Amazon appstore, Windows & Windows phone stores and Apple appstore.

The rebranded MSN app include MSN News, Health & Fitness, Money, Weather, Sports, Food & Drink, which will be available for Android and iOS users. Now you can access MSN apps from any device whether it be an Android device, or an iOS device or an Amazon device. The main attraction of the new MSN apps is that they can be synced across multiple platforms. Seamless syncing between different platforms means that you can continue what you were doing on your android device on your desktop computer or other supporting operating systems.

Through the MSN sports app you can get live scores, schedules and more of your favourite teams worldwide. The MSN Money app gets you the latest financial news and data and you can track your stocks, investments, etc. and also has tools like calculators, etc. MSN Health & Fitness app keeps track of your diet, exercises and more and in iOS devices the app can sync with Apple HealthKit. With the Food & Drink app, you can get different recipes from all over the world, with how to videos and many more exciting features for all the foodies out there.

Microsoft is hoping to get back on top by extending their reach towards Android and iOS devices. This is a tremendous move from Microsoft and this may just be the beginning of a comeback of Microsoft.
