How to Capture a Screenshot with Samsung Galaxy S4

The Samsung Galaxy S4 is one of the best phones released by Samsung. Even though the S5 has been released, many are still using the S4 and buying the awesome phone. Most of them do not know all the basics of their phone. Through this article, you will know how to take a screenshot using your Samsung Galaxy S4. There are 2 ways for taking a screenshot. Go through the following 2 ways and you can adopt which ever method you find comfortable.

  Method- 1 :

This is the usual and easiest method of taking a screenshot in a Samsung smartphone. All you have to do is to press the power button and the home button and at the same time. Hold them for a couple of seconds. A white border will appear on your screen along with a camera shutter sound. You can get your screenshot from the screenshots folder.

  Method- 2 :

This method is also easy after a little groundwork. All you have to do is, go to Settings, then tap Motion. Make sure Motion is tapped on (see the top right corner).  Then tick the box against Palm swipe to capture. Now just swipe the side of your hand from left to right (or vice versa) to take a screenshot. You don’t have to touch the screen at all! I prefer this method as swiping your hand over the phone to take a screenshot looks much cooler than doing method 1.

You can follow any one of the above mentioned methods to take a screenshot in your Samsung Galaxy S4. Knowing how to take a screenshot will surely help you in your daily life. Now that you know how to take a screenshot, you are one step closer to knowing your Samsung galaxy s4.  I hope you found this tip very useful.
