Android 4.4 KiKat, the latest version of Android is found only in flagship smartphones that have been released recently. Not everyone can afford those phones and not everyone wants to spend that much money on a smartphone. But budget smartphones loaded with KitKat are now available.

It has a dual-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor with 4 GB internal memory and supports micro SD (expandable up to 32 GB). It is fitted with a 1 GB RAM. It has a 5MP primary camera but does not have a secondary camera.

This phone (you probably have not heard of it before) equipped with the Android 4.4 OS has a 4-inch screen, a 1.3 GHz Quad Core Cortex-A7 Processor, 1 GB RAM, 4 GB internal memory and micro SD expandable up to 32 GB. It has 5 MP rear and 2MP front cameras. The phone costs around 175$.
BQ Aquaris E4

The phone has a Quad Core Cortex A7 1.3 GHz processor and is equipped with Android OS v4.4, 8MP rear and 2 MP front cameras as well. It has an internal memory of 8 GB and micro SD expandable up to 32 GB. It has a RAM of 1GB. It costs just over 170$.

It has a dual-core Cortex-A7 1.2 GHz processor and has an internal memory of 4 GB and micro SD expandable up to 32 GB. However it has only 512 MB RAM. It has a 3.15 MP rear camera and doesn’t have a front camera. It costs around 100$.

These are the few phones that caught our eye other than flagship phones that run on the Android OS KitKat. Budget phones that run on the Android KitKat OS are few but if you need an android with the latest OS and at a reasonable price you can get one of these phones.
