If your tablet has become slower, you can simply follow the 5 simple tips mentioned below to increase your tablet performance than before.
  • Unused apps

You might have downloaded a lot of app that you wanted to try out. And afterwards you don’t even use it at all. This will just use up your system memory and surely affect your tablet’s performance to a great deal. Your android tablet will be better off without them. So just uninstall apps that you do not use.
Also make sure that you don’t download apps that might be harmful to your tablet. To make sure this doesn’t happen, make sure to download apps from trusted sites.
  • Update to the Latest Version of Android

New versions of Android will be equipped with greater improvement and hence more performance. So always stay up to date with the latest software of Android. Updating gives you new features, more speed, etc. that will make your tablet much more powerful than before.
  • Don’t Use Live Wallpapers

The Live Wallpaper feature is an excellent feature of Android. You’ll easily fall in love with it. But bad live wallpapers can use up a lot of memory and make your tablet slower. So it is better to use normal wallpapers if you want to get the best out of your tablet.
  • Disable Unnecessary apps

You can easily disable apps that you don’t need with the help of ‘Performance assistant’. This will give you more speed. Disabling doesn’t mean uninstalling. You can always re-enable them when you need to use them again.
  • Fewer Widgets

Too many widgets on your home screen are also another factor that decreases your tablet’s performance.  Widgets are always active; they always run in the background. So it will be a good decision to lessen the number of widgets in your home screen.
  • Disable Animations

Turning off animations is another way to increase the performance. Go to Settings, then go to Developer Options, and finally Window Animation Scale and turn Animations OFF. Also turn off Transition Animation.
  • Use Task Manager Apps
