Review: Gionee Elife S5.5

   Gionee has released the “World’s Slimmest Phone”, the Elife S5.5 . It is very slim, just 5.5mm thick and hence the name Elife “S5.5”. It is a very stunning looking phone with a magnesium alloy chassis.

   It has a 5-inch AMOLED touchscreen that produces a super-rich and clear display. It supports multi-touch feature.

    

   It runs on the android Jelly Bean 4.2 and no reports have come out that it’ll receive an update to Android Kit Kat. The processor is a 1.7GHz octa-core processor and has a 2GB RAM. It doesn’t have any external slots for memory cards but has an internal memory of 16GB.

   And also the phone has WLAN as well as Bluetooth v4. A 13 MP rear camera (good inn indoors as well as outdoors) and a 5MP front camera (excellent for selfie shots) adds to the features of the Elife S5.5 . It is 3G enabled. The batter which is a Non-removable Li-Ion 2300 mAh battery has a good battery life and will last the whole day when fully charged.
